Refund Policy

Because the wallpaper is not manufactured until you order it (in order to reduce waste), and I do not carry stock, I cannot accept returns or exchanges, therefore, I cannot issue refunds.  I understand that ordering wallpaper is an investment, that is why I highly recommend ordering a sample product before placing your final order.

If your product arrives damaged, or if it is the wrong product, please contact me at twobluefeetdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  If your refund is approved, based on pictures and information you provide, it will be sent back to your original payment method.
